That would be a bit over powered, haha.
Perhaps find a way to nerf the inevitable instant kill if that is just a weapon skill.
I recommend making that a finisher type move that is rarely used and comes with a hefty price for using it.
I've never seen this anime so I have no idea how canon it would be to have the weapon use up all of the user's energy to preform the attack on a single enemy.

And that is why we would have to nerf it if you want to use it ^.^;
Can't go around all DBZ blowing up planets (kinda why I didn't add that anime at the start).
Since I don't know the anime, I have no idea how it would make sense to use the weapon without it being over powered.
